1 quarter of a raw onion
1/2 a cup raw nut cheeze or nut butter
1 and 1/2 tablespoons braggs liguid aminos
4 sundried tomatoes
small handfull of dulse seaweed

--turn on the food processor until its all well blended \eat with sliced vegetables mushrooms or flax crackers ;)
